Exterior Residential Painting:
Step 1
Pressure wash exterior of home using outdoor water solution to ensure a clean substrate.
Step 2
Scrape all loose paint on home and prime bare surfaces as needed using specific primers for different surfaces.
Step 3
Apply Peel Bond primer to areas of wood siding or trim that are badly damaged to help protect them from further damage.
Step 4
Remove failed caulk on home and replace with new caulking.
Step 5
Cover and protect decking, concrete, surrounding areas, windows and other items that will not be painted.
Step 6
Apply one coats of paint to all surfaces and back roll wood siding/ stucco. Siding/ Stucco will be painted with a spray application and trim will typically be painted with a brush/roller application.
Step 7
Do a thorough clean up of all areas and walk around home with customer for final inspection.
New Construction Painting:
On new construction exteriors, we work around the builder's schedule and inspection windows — caulking, priming bare wood or stucco, and applying a full coat system so the finish passes inspection and holds up from day one, coordinated with the other trades on site.
Custom Home Painting:
Custom-built homes often mix materials — board-and-batten siding, stucco accents, multiple trim colors — that take more planning than a standard repaint. We'll walk the exterior with you and map out colors and sheens for each material before we start.

Pressure washing isn't just paint prep — we offer it on its own too, for driveways, walkways, and siding that just need a deep clean. We adjust the pressure setting to the surface so it doesn't damage wood, stucco, or grout.
Graffiti Removal:
Graffiti removal depends on what's underneath it — we match the method (solvent, pressure washing, or a spot repaint) to the surface so we get it off fast without damaging the brick, stucco, or siding underneath.
Staining & Sealing Decks, Fences, Etc.:
For decks, fences, and other exterior wood, we clean or sand the surface first, then apply stain and sealant matched to the wood type — cedar, pine, and redwood all take stain differently — so the color goes on even instead of blotchy.
