A four-story Victorian in San Francisco, scaffolded from the sidewalk to the roofline for a full exterior repaint. Below is the real before-and-after, the prep work in between, and what the job involved.

Old paint failing on the siding, bare wood at the trim, four stories of fog and sun damage. We scaffolded the full front face, scraped and pressure-washed down to sound surface, primed bare wood, caulked, and applied two coats of exterior acrylic in the building's signature blue.
